General management / Project co-ordinationCultural sector / Creative industries / Education

About me

My CV states that I am a general manager because I was told that being a “spectator” and “reader” were not real jobs.As an early enthusiast of languages, literature, and dance, I graduated in both Arts Project Management and Literature in my native France before seeking new cultural and linguistic adventures in the UK. Here, I have gained over a decade of experience in roles spanning project delivery, producing, programme management, event planning and financial administration within the arts, culture and education sectors.Topics that I have explored throughout my work encompass multilingualism, learning, creative expression, and artistic excellence.I enjoy nothing more than seeing individuals reach their potential. I count myself very lucky to have been able to support the emergence of great initiatives and talents over the years. To me, nothing can beat the experience of witnessing great work and getting “the rush of hormones that you would associate with falling in love” (Lyn Gardner - theatre critic).I am also invested in gender equality and diversity in the cultural sector, which has led me to hold several trusteeships over the years. My versatility, coupled with a multipassionate approach to building my career, enables me to connect the dots between unique perspectives and stories, and the practicalities of business and management. Now living in Bristol, I am excited to continue contributing to initiatives that inspire curiosity, connection, creativity and open-mindedness.

Current projects

I am currently working on several fiction- and storytelling-oriented projects, as well as my own creative writing endeavours.I am also a trustee for Tonic, an organisation that advocates for greater equality, diversity, and inclusion in the cultural sector.
